It’s simple! 🎨
1️⃣ Upload a high-quality photo when placing your order.
2️⃣ Our skilled artists hand-draw your Simpsons-style design from scratch.
3️⃣ We print your artwork onto your canvas or phone case and ship it to you!

🚀 Made to Order: Every product is custom-made in-house to avoid overproduction and waste.


2️⃣ Can I include more than one person or a pet in my photo?

Yes! However, adding extra people or pets requires more design time.

💛 Extra Character Pricing:
One person per photo is included.
Adding a second person or pet costs an additional $14.99.
For complex designs (multiple people, pets, or background changes), we offer premium scene upgrades.

If you're unsure, feel free to upload your photo, and we’ll reach out if adjustments are needed!


3️⃣ How long does it take to receive my order?

Production Time:
Since every order is hand-drawn and made to order, production takes 5-10 business days.

🚚 Shipping Time (After Production):

  • USA & Canada: 5-10 business days.
  • International: 7-20 business days (depending on location).

We do not mass-produce items—each one is individually crafted for you!

Note: Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons.


📸 What kind of photos can I upload?

To ensure the best quality and experience, please follow these guidelines when uploading your photo:

Allowed Images

High-Quality Images – Upload clear, high-resolution photos for the best print results.
Well-Lit Photos – Avoid dark, blurry, or pixelated images. Good lighting = better prints!
Proper Orientation – Choose an image that fits your selected product’s shape (portrait, landscape, or square).
Personal & Custom Images – We accept pets, family members, loved ones, and personal creations.
Minor Edits & Filters – Light enhancements are fine, but overly edited or distorted images may affect quality.


🚫 Prohibited Content (Strictly Not Allowed)

Nudity, Gore, or Explicit Content – Any sexual, violent, or inappropriate images will be immediately canceled and refunded.
Offensive or Hate Content – No racist, discriminatory, or controversial imagery.
Unauthorized Copyrighted Images – Ensure you own the rights to the photos. No celebrity, brand, or copyrighted artwork.
Low-Quality or Blurry Images – If an image is too low-resolution, we cannot guarantee a good print.

⚠️ Orders that violate these guidelines will be automatically canceled and refunded.

📏 Customization & Print Questions

4️⃣ What happens if I accidentally order the wrong size or want to change my photo?

If you realize you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately at 📧 support@gmail.com with your order number.

If your order has not started production yet, we can update the size or swap your photo.
If production has already begun, unfortunately, we cannot make changes, as every item is made to order.

💡 Tip: Double-check your photo and product size before checking out to ensure everything is perfect!


5️⃣ What are the printing requirements for my image?

For the best print quality, make sure your photo follows these guidelines:
📷 300 DPI resolution or higher (for clear details).
📐 Full-bleed images (4.64″ × 7.4″ for phone cases) to avoid cropping.
🎨 sRGB color profile for vibrant colors.

If your image doesn’t meet these requirements, we’ll do our best to enhance it, but a high-quality photo ensures the best results!


6️⃣ What’s the difference between the phone case types?

We offer multiple case styles to fit different needs:

📌 Snap-On Case (iPhone & Samsung)

🛍️ Returns, Refunds & Replacements

7️⃣ What happens if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

We stand by our quality, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly due to no fault of your own, we will:

Reprint & resend your product at no cost.
Offer a full refund if preferred.

📸 How to Request a Replacement or Refund:
1️⃣ Take a clear photo of the issue (damaged print, incorrect customization, etc.).
2️⃣ Email refunds@signedbyforever.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • The photo(s) of the problem
    3️⃣ We’ll review your case and respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.

8️⃣ Can I return or cancel my order?

Because all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

✅ If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us ASAP at 📧 support@gmail.com.
❌ If your order is already in production, we cannot offer refunds or changes as your item has been custom-made just for you.
