1. How long does shipping take?

At Signed by Forever, all of our items are made to order to ensure every product is carefully crafted and designed to perfection. This means that production begins once you upload your custom design.

Please note that during peak times (like Valentine’s Day or the holiday season), processing and shipping may take slightly longer, so we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.


2. Can I return or exchange my product?

Because our products are personalized using the photos and designs you provide, returns and exchanges are not available. Once your item is created, it becomes unique to you and cannot be resold or reused.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damage during shipping, printing error, etc.), please contact us at [insert customer service email] within 7 days of receiving your product. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!


3. Do you offer previews of my design before production?

Yes! After uploading your photo or design, our team ensures it fits the selected product perfectly. 4. What happens if I upload the wrong photo?
